Sandy Valley band holds majorette clinic

On Sept. 23, the Sandy Valley band held it's annual Little Cardinal Majorette Clinic. The clinic had 29 participants. The little majorettes were taught some basic maneuvers and a routine taught by the SVHS majorettes. They joined the band on the field on Friday for pregame.

Sandy Valley District to host flu shot clinic for students and staff Oct. 20 from 2-5 p.m.

Sandy Valley will offer a flute shot clinic for students, staff and the community on Oct. 20 from 2-5 p.m. at the school's wellness center. The center is located at 5362 State Route 183 NE in Magnolia. The shot is available for those ages 6 months and older.
