SV FOOTBALL TO HOLD YOUTH CAMP

A youth football camp will run from July 28-30 for boys attending the 4th-8th grades. The camp will run each day from 4-5:30 p.m.

The high school and junior high coaching staff, along with high school players, will direct the event. Cost of the camp will be $25 and includes a camp T-shirt.

BASEBALL TRYOUT

AND HITTING CAMP

OFFERED

Coast to coast baseball would like to invite local players, ages 10-18 to one of our upcoming tryout events.

At the tryout, staff members will evaluate skills in four areas of each child; hitting, fielding, arm strength and speed. Players who are accepted to the program, may choose to represent the USA in competition in Puerto Rico, or work with top college coaches and pro scouts at events held at a MLB spring-training complex.

In addition to the tryout, an instructional hitting camp will be held the same day. The goal of the camp is to help players improve hitting fundamentals as well as their mental approach at the plate. Events will be held at;

* KENT STATE UNIV.

At the Kent State Fieldhouse on Thursday, July 23. Tryouts at 10 a.m. Hitting camp at 2 p.m.

* FIELD SPORTS AT SPORTS OHIO

At 6400 Dublin Park Dr. in Dublin on Friday, July 24. Tryouts at 10 a.m. Hitting camp at 2 p.m.

* DIAMOND INDOOR SPORTS

At 23409 Detroit Road in Wastlake on Saturday, July 25. Tryouts at 10 a.m. Hitting camp at 2 p.m.

* BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIV.

At the Perry Feildhouse in Bowling Green on Sunday, July 26. Tryouts at 10 a.m. Hitting camp at 2 p.m.
