A poker run is set for August 24. Money raised will benefit Tina Battista in health expenses.
Tina had chronic pancreatitis and needed to operations to remove it. She has limited insurance and little to no ability to pay for the operations.
The ride starts at VFW 3747 located at 1935 Avalon Ave. in Canton. The first bike out will be at 10:30 a.m., the last bike out will be at 12:30 p.m., the ride will return by 4:30 p.m. with awards at 5 p.m. A 50/50 drawing, door prizes, music, food and refreshments will be offered.
