Yoga classes are being offered in the Sandy Valley area by instructor Pam Sewell. Pam instructs Yoga for health. Age, size and flexibility are different for each individual; and slow, easy stretches are the key to safe, happy and effective Yoga. These stretches renew, invigorate and strengthen muscles and joints. The classes are being held at Crossroads Restaurant middle banquet room, across the street from the new Sandy Valley School complex. They are on Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m., and Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. A $4 donation is suggested for each class. Call Pam at 330-866-3860 for more information. Comments
