To the editor:

I want to thank the citizens of Waynesburg for allowing me to serve as mayor for the past 24 years. It's been an honor and privilege serving a great community.

Having had the opportunity to work with employees of the village, members of village council, department heads and organizations that promote improvements to the village was something very special, and I'll always be grateful.

Again, thank you so much.
