Joey Morris, a junior member of the wrestling team at Canton South High School, was recently named wrestler of the year in the NBC. Morris wrestles in the 112 weight class.
Second team honors were given to senior Mike Elliott at 130 and junior Shawn Bulstrom at 152.
Seniors Artie Hein and Matt Frey were named honorable mention of the league.
