The First Christian Church at 6900 Market Ave. N. will host a back-to-school, back-to-church family picnic open house festival. This event will be held on Sunday, Aug. 29. The worship service will be at 10:15 a.m. and campus-wide festivities will be from noon to 3 p.m.
There will be Longaberger inflatables and an indoor playland, community center open gym, story time, low cost food and drinks, hay rides and children's clothing swap. Kids age 12 and under will enjoy free golf with a paid adult.
