Buckeye Boys State was recently held and the following local students attended and were elected to offices.
The Sandy Valley area boys were sponsored by the Isaac L. Kinney Post American Legion Post 244 in East Sparta, and the East Canton boys were sponsored by the Lowell D. Oberly American Legion Post 667 in East Canton.
