Meeder to speak at Malone on horses and healing

Malone University will host author Troy Meeder, Thursday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m., in the Stewart Room of the Randall Campus Center, 2600 Cleveland Ave. N.W. in Canton.

The program, "Healing-Hearts-Horses-Hope: How Horses Can Bring Us Closer to God" is free and open to the public.

Troy Meeder is the author of "Average Joe: God's Extraordinary Calling to Ordinary Men." In addition, he is co-founder of Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch - the Ranch of Rescued Dreams. After a career in corporate America, he served as a youth pastor. Troy's wife, Kim, is the author of "Hope Rising," "Bridge Called Hope," and "Blind Hope," books that share stories of people dramatically influenced by their ministry.
