Magnolia Lions Club holds Seniors' Christmas Dinner

Published:

The Magnolia Lions Club held its annual seniors' Christmas Dinner on Dec. 11, at Crossroads Restaurant.

More than 100 guests were fed a delicious meal, had chances to win a cash door-prize and sang a few Christmas Carols. They were also told the story of how the angel came to being placed on top of the Christmas tree. Under the leadership of "King Lion" John Little everyone enjoyed the hospitality bestowed by the members of the club.

The Magnolia Lions meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at the Crossroads Restaurant at 6:30 p.m. The dinner meetings are about one and a half hours long. Ask any Lion for more information.
