To the editor:
We thank all who have prayed for our daughter Lorene Haimerl during her recent brain surgery.
She has a rare disease called Ramsey Hunt Syndrome. It is caused by the virus from childhood chicken pox, which became active and began killing the nerves in her ear and face. She is fortunate a young doctor from Westerville knew how to treat the disease.
She is improving each day and total recovery is her goal.
Thank you and please continue to keep her in your prayers.
