Sandy Valley High School band director Jeffrey Huston is organizing the annual Sandy Valley Alumni Band. The band will perform at the football homecoming game on Friday, Sept. 24. Rehearsals have been scheduled for 7- 8 p.m. Sept. 7, Sept. 15 and Sept. 23 in the new Sandy Valley band room.
Any former band members who are interested in participating should contact Melissa Phillips at 330-495-4778 or Huston at the school, 330-866-9371 Ext. 3300. A limited number of school instruments will be available for members who no longer have their own.
