Matthew Skipper, a 1999 graduate of Canton South High School, received his Juris Doctorate from The University of Maryland on May 21. He earned his bachelor's degree from Grove City College in political science, graduating in 2003. He and his wife, Jamie, live in Bowie Md. where he is practicing general law with the Trunnell Law firm.
