Nine real estate agents from all over Stark County have joined forces in an office located at 116 N. Chapel Street in Louisville to "serve all buyers and sellers under the Realtor Code of Ethics."
With that as their motto, Another Listing provides excellent real estate services to area home buyers and sellers. These agents are Sharon Fleck, Donna Wilson, Beth Campbell, Trish Strait, Rick Bliler, Ron Goddard, Rhonda Carter, Tom McCauley and Mike Sugalski.
This business belongs to the local Multiple Listing Service and the National Association of Realtors. An attribute of Another Listing that sets them apart from similar businesses is their quality marketing for home sales. This process is done in-house, making it extremely personal. Free visual tours are also available.
This agency specializes in Northeast Ohio rural residential properties, including many estate sales and dose not charge the processing/administration fee most bigger agencies require.
Broker Beth Campbell owned Campbell's Cornerstones in East Canton for five years before choosing to merge with a large franchise. Realizing the smaller, more personal business is a better fit for her, she opened Another Listing.
"It is becoming extremely challenging to buy a home because lenders are so cautious, " said Campbell. "For buyers our services are free so it makes sense to let us help you through the process." In speaking of her agents, Campbell said, "They are a great group of people that work really hard."
Campbell is a 1975 East Canton graduate and lived all of her life in Osnaburg Township until purchasing a farm three mile outside her home community in Nimishillen Township in 2009.
She served on the Osnaburg Local Board of Education for nine years prior to the move.
She and her husband, Terry, have been married 24 years. Her children are Roland, age 32, Christina, age 30 and Sarah age 22. Her two sisters, Karen Reed and Becky Thompson live in the area.
Trish Strait is the Minerva sales agent with Another Listing. She has been in the business three years and joined Campbell at the Louisville location in November of 2009.
Having experienced the roller-coaster ride of placing an aging parent in a nursing home, she understands the estate sale process very well.
A Minerva native, she is the mother of Tayler and Tyler Strait who attend Minerva Middle School. Prior to venturing into the real estate world, she was a business owner for 25 years.
