Entrepreneurial Program now accepting applications.

Need to earn a little extra income in this tough economy? Why not put your special talent, product or service to work for you by starting your own small business?

The Center for Entrepreneurial Success, a program offering a 'real-life' curriculum of business knowledge, taught by volunteer professionals, is now accepting applications for it's spring classes, slated to begin in March.

"This program is amazing," raved Nicole Garlando, executive director of the Ananda Center in Massillon, "and the professionals involved are great. It helped me a great deal, gave me confidence in my business abilities, and helped me gain knowledge needed to run the Ananda Center."

From non-profits to animal rescue services, medical document conversion to product development, the Center for Entrepreneurial Success offers something for everyone.

Due to the great success of the fall programming, the Center is proud to offer both a day and evening class option for aspiring or current entrepreneurs. Evening sessions will begin Thursday, March 11, and meet weekly, 6-8 p.m., through May 27, at the Lake Township Chamber of Commerce, in Uniontown. Day sessions are slated to begin Wednesday, March 24, and meet weekly from 1-4:30 p.m., through April 28, at The Community Campus at Goodwill, in Canton.

Applications can be found online at www.defineyoursuccess.org or in paper-form at The Community Campus at Goodwill, located at 408 Ninth St. SW, in Canton. For more information, please contact program director Marcie Bragg at 330-445-1059.
