John D. Ferrero, Stark County Prosecuting Attorney, announced the Grand Jury reported an indictment against the following individuals:
DUANE RICHARD GRIFFIN, 26, 712 Shadyside SW, Canton for breaking and entering;
NICHOLAS JAMES BOWE, 28, 1423 Bordner Ave. SW, Canton for possession of heroin and possession of drug abuse instruments;
JONATHAN ANDREW MOGUS, 26, 2575 Ravenna Ave. NE, East Canton for criminal simulation.

LEO T. TURPIN, 23, 1046 Sherrick Road SE, Canton sentenced to two years community control for burglary, one count and domestic violence, one count;
VALERIE L. FERGUSON, 51, 5275 Nave Street SW, Canton sentenced to one year community control for trafficking in cocaine, one count and possession of cocaine, one count;
BRADLEY D. EDGELL JR., 2060 Harvey Place SE, Canton sentenced to two years community control for forgery, one count and receiving stolen property, one count;
CHRISTOPHER E. SELF, 5671 Benjamin Street SW, Canton sentenced to 12 months in prison on count one; six months Stark County Jail on count two and two-year license suspension for failure to comply, one count and driving under suspension, one count;
BRYAN MICHAEL GARNER, 33, 1946 Walnut Ave. SW, East Sparta sentenced to community control sanctions revoked and defendant sentenced to three years in prison and re-entry program for domestic violence, one count;
RICHIE L. DELONG, 24, 7915 Russ Street, Waynesburg, defendant referred to the Stark County Court of Common Pleas chance program and court suspends further proceedings in this matter for theft, one count;
SABRINA M. WILLIAMS, 22, 261 E. Silver Street, Waynesburg, defendant referred to the Stark County Court of Common Pleas chance program and court suspends further proceedings in this matter for theft, and receiving stolen property.
