Sandy Township
Aug. 16— The police responded to a domestic dispute in the 5500 block of Battlesburg.
Aug. 17— The police arrested a Canton resident on charges of speeding and failure to comply with an order of a police officer.
The police were called to investigate a theft complaint on Westbrook. It was later discovered a family member borrowed the item in question without notifying the owner.
Aug. 18— The police were called to investigate a possible hit-skip accident that happened on Muckley Drive. The officer was unable to determine fault.
Aug. 20— The police assisted adult parole authority with a warrant arrest on Indian Run. The suspect was placed in custody after a brief standoff. There were no injuries.
Aug. 21— The police arrested a 27 year old female following a traffic stop for driving under FRA suspension and possession of marijuana.
The police responded to a domestic dispute on Wyandot Circle. The matter was discovered to be civil in nature and both parties were advised to contact attorneys.
Aug. 22— The police responded to a harassment complaint on Ravenna. The suspect was advised not to have and further contact or she could face criminal charges.
The police investigated a one-car motor vehicle accident that occurred on Muckley. The driver of the vehicle was charged with failure to maintain control.
Aug. 23— The police were called to a theft complaint at Dollar General.
Aug. 24— The police took a harassment complaint from a Sandy Township. The suspect was contacted and advised any further contact would result in charges.
The police were called to an address on Mottice for a neighbor dispute. Both parties were advised to avoid contact with the other and additional complaints could result in charges.
Aug. 26— The police were called to a vandalism complaint in the parking lot of McDonalds. The suspect admitted fault and agreed to pay damages.

Aug. 14— The police were dispatched to a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Carrollton.
The police investigated a two-car motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries and minor vehicle damage.
Aug. 18— The police responded to a harassment complaint on Brady.
Aug. 19— The police assisted the Waynesburg Police Department in a warrant arrest in the 300 block of Mann.
Aug. 21— The police investigated a private property hit-skip accident that occurred on Carrollton Street. There are no suspects at this time.

Aug. 14— The police responded to a theft complaint on Poplar. The complaint was found to be civil in nature.
Aug. 17— The police responded to a theft complaint on Cedar. The complaint was later determined to be unfounded.
The police responded to a domestic dispute on Cedar.
Aug. 20— The police investigated a property damage complaint on Walnut. The cause was determined and the offending party agreed to pay for damages.
