John D. Ferrero, Stark County Prosecuting Attorney, announced the Grand Jury reported an indictment against the following individuals:
* David M. Martin, 67, of 2334 Saratoga S.W. Canton was granted two years community sanction on the charges of prohibited acts and practices under charitable organizations law, attempted money laundering, and aggravated theft;
* Rebecca K. Collins, 54, of 5500 Westbrook Street S.E., Magnolia was sentenced for 30 days in the Stark County Jail, suspended on condition of one year good behavior and $2016 restitution on charge of fictitious plates and
* Richard E. Collins, 55 of 5500 Westbrook Street S.E., Magnolia was sentenced for 180 days in the Stark County Jail, suspended on condition of one year good behavior and $2016 restitution on charge of fictitious plates.
