July 8-- Officer makes an attempt to stop a subject with expired plates and no license plate lights. Offender fails to stop and flees in his vehicle and then on foot. Driver has pending charges of driving under suspension, failure to comply with a Police Officer, driving with an expired plate, dirivng with no license plate lights and criminal damaging. A warrant has been issued for his subject. The passenger was charged with illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officer takes a report of telephone harassment in the 100 block of Belvoir.

July 9-- Officer observes an altercation between a male and female in a vehicle on the roadway. Officer initiates a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver is charged with having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.

July 10-- Officer investigates an assault that took place in the 100 block of E. Nassau

Takes a report of telephone harassment in the 100 block of W. Nassau.

July 12-- Responds to the 600 block of W. Noble for an alarm.

July 13--Responds to the 200 block of 3rd St. for a domestic despute.

July 14-- Responds to the 100 block of E. Nassau for a subject violating a restraining order.

Takes a report of theft in the 100 block of E. Nassau.

Takes a report of subject violating a restraining order in the 300 block of W. Nassau.

Takes a report of vandalism in the 200 block of S. Plum.

MAGNOLIA POLICE REPORT

Sandy Township

July 11-- The police arrested a 32 year-old Navarre resident following an accident in the 8200 block of Waynesburg Drive. The suspect was charged with; operation of vehicle while under the influence, possession of drugs, driving under suspension, and an active warrant from Stark County Sheriff's Office.

The police were called to a domestic dispute that occurred on Goodland. The victim stated he was struck once by the suspect but did not want to pursue charges.

The police were called for a custody dispute in the 7700 block of Waynesburg Dr. The children were gone on the officer's arrival. The complainant was advised to contact his attorney since this was a civil matter between him and his ex-wife.

The police were called to investigate a criminal damaging complaint on Welker Street. The victim stated an unknown suspect had sprayed an unknown substance on her vehicle windows. There are no suspects.

July 15-- The police investigated a car v. deer accident in the 8500 block of Willowdale. There were no injuries and the minor vehicle damage.

A 49 year-old Waynesburg resident reported her car windshield was damaged by an object that fell off a truck she was following on State Route 43. The investigating officer collected information and the matter is pending.

July 16-- The police were called to a domestic disturbance on Sequoia. As a result of the investigation one juvenile was arrested and booked into Faircrest Juvenile Detention Center.

Village of Magnolia

July 11-- The police were called to assist the Waynesburg Police Department in the 8800 block of Waynesburg Dr.

The police were called to assist the Carroll County Sheriff's Department with a fight that was taking place in the village of Malvern. The responding officer assisted the sheriff's department on scene and resumed patrol.
