July 2-- Responds to the 400 block of N. Werley for reported suspicious activity.
July 3-- Takes a report of theft in the 100 block of E. Nassau.
July 4-- Responds to the 100 block of W. Church for a vehicle accident.
Responds to the 400 block of W. Noble for reported suspicious activity.
July 5-- Responds to the 100 block of W. Liberty for a domestic dispute.
July 6-- Takes a report of theft in the 100 block of E. Nassau.
July 7-- Helps a motorist unlock their vehicle in the 100 block of E. Nassau.
Arrests a subject with an active warrant in the 400 block f Bundy.
MAGNOLIA
POLICE REPORT
Sandy Township
July 4--The police were called to a car vs. deer accident in the 7600 block of Waynesburg Dr. There were no injuries and the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
July 6--The police were called to a domestic dispute that occurred on Waynesburg Dr. The suspect was later transported by police for evaluation at a local hospital.
July 7--The police were called to a private property accident that occurred on Chapel St. The victim had rolled a 4-wheeler while going around a corner. The victim was injured and had to be transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
Village of Magnolia
July 4--The police investigated a harassment complaint. Following the investigation, charges were filed against the suspect for menacing and criminal trespass.
The police were called to assist the Carroll County Sheriff's Department for a fight in the Village of Malvern. The responding officer assisted the Sheriff's department on scene and resumed patrol.
July 5-- The police responded to domestic dispute complaint on Harrison St. The complainant was advised this was a civil matter, to document further incidents, and contact his attorney
July 7--The police were called to a residence on North Main for a harassment complaint. The victim stated she received several harassing text messages from the suspect. The suspect was later advised not to contact the victim again or charges could be filed.
July 9--The police assisted the Waynesburg Police Department with a disabled vehicle on Main St. Once the vehicle was safely off the roadway the officer's resumed patrol.
Village of East Sparta
July 3--The police investigated a harassment complaint. The investigating officer spoke with both parties and they were advised to stay away from each other otherwise charges could be filed.
July 6--The police responded to a possible suicidal situation. The subject was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
The police were called to a domestic dispute that occurred on Walnut. The victim stated she was assaulted by the suspect. The suspect was later located and arrested for Domestic Violence.
July 8--The police were called to a harassment complaint that occurred on Chestnut. The victim stated the suspect had threatened him over the phone. The police spoke with the suspect and advised him not to contact the victim again.
