John D. Ferrero, Stark County Prosecuting Attorney, announced the Grand Jury reported an indictment against the following individuals:
* John Junior Newman, 43 of 5416 Lincoln St., East Lot 1 in East Canton had community sanctions granted on the charge of receiving stolen property and was sentenced to two years of community control
* Larry Lee Athey, 38 of 10956 Weimer Dr. SE in East Canton on the charges of attempt to commit an offense, aggravated menacing and domestic violence.
* Robert Dale Foss III, 24 of 365 W. Orchard St. in East Canton on the charge of Trafficking in Marijuana.
* Stacey Colvin Skiles,47 of 1581 Perkin Dr. SE in East Canton on the charge receiving stolen property.
* Richard E. Collins, 55 of 5500 Westbrook St. SE in Magnolia on the charge of receiving stolen property.
Rebecca K. Collins, 54 of 5500 Westbrook St. SE in Magnolia on the charge of receiving stolen property.
