John D. Ferrero, Stark County Prosecuting Attorney, announced the Grand Jury reported an indictment against the following individuals;
* JESSE DEE BOWLES, 19, of 7405 Brookford Ave. SE., Waynesburg, was indicted for felonious assault and domestic violence;
* JEREMY EDWARD CHUPP, 32, of 127 S. Main St., Apt. 2 of Waynesburg was indicted for receiving stolen property and breaking and entering;
* LORIA ALICE WELCE, 43, of 917 Deuber Ave., SW, Canton was indicted on charges of obstructing official business. Welce was sentenced by Judge John G. Haas to 180 days, suspended on condition of one year good behavior.
* ROBERT DOUGLAS STANLEY, 38, of 6003 Stinewood Ave., SE, East Sparta was indicted on charges of Domestic Violence
