John D. Ferrero, Stark County Prosecuting Attorney, announced the sentencing of the following individuals:
* CHRISTOPHER VON CARPENTER, Two years community control with special conditions, Illegal cultivation of marijuana and endangering children;
* LISA ANN CARPENTER, two years community control with special conditions, endangering children and
* JON WILLIAM BRACKEN, three years community control sanctions granted, trafficking in marijuana.
Grand Jury indictment was against:
* JACK C. MARSH, II, 28, of 242 E. Lisbon St. Waynesburg, felonious assault.
