John D. Ferrero, Stark County Prosecuting Attorney, announced the Grand Jury reported an indictment against the following individuals;
* RODNEY ALLEN MINER of 1618 Marietta Ave. SE in Canton had community sanctions revoked on the charges of vandalism, criminal damaging or endangering and criminal trespass. He was sentenced 11 months on the charge of vandalism, 90 days in the Stark County Jail on the charge of criminal damaging or endangering and no term of local incarceration imposed on the charge of criminal trespass, served concurrently and re-entry program;
* CODY JAMES DICKERHOOF of 5117 Ridge Ave. SE in Canton had community sanctions revoked on the criminal charges of receiving stolen property, and misuse of credit cards. He was sentenced 11 months on the charge of receiving stolen property and 11 months on the charge of misuse of credit cards, served consecutively and re-entry program.
