The Pregnancy Support Center of Stark County will hold its annual Walk for Life on Saturday, Oct. 2 at Stadium Park shelter, five in Canton. Registration will be at 8:30 a.m. and the walk will begin at 9 a.m. To register online, go to www.connectionpsc.com.
The organization provides services and assistance for more than 500 women and their families through classes and appointments each month. It is the goal of PSC to reach each person with a message of hope from a biblical world view, sharing with them positive options for addressing their difficult circumstances.
Some of the services offered by this agency are pregnancy testing, mentoring, limited ultrasounds, fetal development and abortion risks education, formula, diaper and material support and childbirth and parenting classes.
