Museum seeks wedding photos

Published:

The McKinley Presidential Library is looking for wedding photos taken at the McKinley National Memorial.

The museum is interested in wedding photos from any era--old or modern. The staff is compiling an album on the museum's Facebook page, but would also like to add hard copies to the archives.

"Bridal parties show up almost every weekend," said Curator Kim Kenney, "and yet we have only a few photos of weddings at the Monument. We would love to build a collection of these photos to document how the community uses the Monument."

People can scan and send a copy of their photo to Curator Kim Kenney at curator@mckinleymuseum.org or call 330-455-7043 to make an appointment for her to scan the photo for you.

The Museum is located at 800 McKinley Monument Drive, N.W., in Canton.
