Prior to the demolition of the East Sparta Elementary School, the cornerstone, which was located on the right side of the main entrance was removed and a time capsule was located. On April 8, 2009 it was opened and some interesting objects were found.Special Thanks to Mr. Rock Vanfossen and our local Historical Societies for allowing me to video tape the historic event.
