Troop 203 Spends Halloween Weekend in Gettysburg

Published:

Boy Scout Troop 203 traveled to historic Gettysburg on Halloween weekend. The trip began at 6:00 AM Friday morning as they piled into their rented 15 passenger van to trek 6 hours across Ohio and Pennsylvania. The group toured the battlefield, visited the museum and spent the evenings on ghost tours and eating in historic restaurants. They even went on an exciting haunted ghost tour. The group stayed in a cabin at a nearby official Boy Scout Camp. On the return trip the Troop stopped in Shanksville, Pa for somber visit to the Flight 93 memorial.
